We currently ship to Australia and NZ only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order via the shipping provider’s website.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@teagramstudio.com.au with your order details and any relevant video and photos. We strongly recommend to take a video while you are unpacking your order for the first time. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipping to some locations due to regulations or restrictions. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.
