Peach Iced Tea

1. Add 1-2 tsp into a 250ml cup with boiling water
2. Steep for 2-3 minutes
3. Serve chilled or on ice

Ingredients:

• 30ml of a smooth whisky
• 30 ml of peach liqueur
• 120ml of Peach Iced tea prepared and chilled
• A lemon wedge and peach slices for garnish
• 4-6 ice cubes

Equipment:

• A high ball glass or similar (Nordic Glass)
• Long spoon

Instructions:

1. Fill glass with ice
2. Add whisky and peach liqueur
3. Then, add chilled peach iced tea
4. Stir briefly with long spoon
5. Garnish with lemon wedge and moderately thin slices of fresh peach
6. Enjoy

• You can choose peach liqueur or schnapps with full-flavour.
